1. Data controller

The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Servix International S.r.l., with registered office at Via degli Scipioni 157, 00192 Roma (RM), Italy, Partita IVA 13489331002. Contact: info@servixint.com.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it through the contact form (first and last name, company name, email address, country of business, the EU countries you sell in, your monthly revenue range, the service you are interested in, an optional store or website URL, and a free-text message), or when you communicate with us by email.

We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or tracking, and we do not build visitor profiles.

For audience measurement we use two tools, both configured so that they cannot identify you individually:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics, collected at the network edge: it sets no cookie, does not fingerprint visitors, and stores no personal data.
• Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode (client_storage: 'none'): it writes no cookie and no persistent identifier to your browser. We see aggregate traffic, referring source, pages viewed, approximate geography, and device type. Without a persistent identifier we cannot distinguish a returning visitor from a new one.

The only cookie this website writes is lang, which records the language you are reading in so that a later visit opens in the same language. It holds a two-letter language code and nothing else: no identifier, no profile. Our Cookie Policy describes it in full.

3. Why we process it

Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your request and, if you become a client, performing the services you have engaged us to provide. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Aggregate audience measurement rests on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because the tools described above keep no persistent identifier, that processing cannot be traced back to you.

4. How long we retain it

We retain contact-form submissions for 24 months, after which they are deleted unless they have evolved into a client engagement. Client data is retained for the period required by Italian fiscal and accounting law (10 years), after which it is securely destroyed.

5. Who has access

Personal data is accessed only by Servix International staff and by sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver our services (email infrastructure, accounting tools). All sub-processors operate under data-processing agreements that meet GDPR Article 28 requirements.

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA except to operate our China and US branches, in which case transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Aggregate usage data collected by Google Analytics 4 is processed by Google LLC in the United States. Google adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as ensuring an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 GDPR).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@servixint.com. We respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — the Italian data-protection authority.

7. Updates to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are announced by email to active clients.
