GDPR Compliance
Our commitment
Servix International is fully subject to and compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the General Data Protection Regulation. As a regulated firm with EU and non-EU clients, GDPR is not a checkbox for us — it is the framework we operate within every day.
Data-protection principles
We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We collect only the data we need to perform the services you engage us for, retain it only for as long as Italian fiscal and accounting law require, and protect it with measures appropriate to the regulated nature of our practice.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors used in our service delivery is available on request from rome@servixint.com. We update the list when sub-processors are added or removed and notify clients in advance of material changes.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred from the EU to our China branch or our United States branch, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as adopted by the European Commission. We do not use derogations under Article 49 GDPR for routine transfers.
Breach notification
In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach affecting our clients’ data, we notify Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali within 72 hours of becoming aware, and we notify affected clients without undue delay.
Your rights
Under GDPR, every data subject has the right to: access their data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive their data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to rome@servixint.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, the Italian data-protection authority.
Privacy by design
When we design new services or update existing ones, we apply privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles. The contact form on this website asks only for the data necessary to respond to your inquiry — no tracking, no enrichment, no third-party scoring.
